Carlene was also given an award; the Rising Legend award. Bill and his band were quite honored to back her up on "Dixie Darlin", and "Ring of Fire", then performed the Cash/Carter hit; "Jackson". |

| Holding the Billy Grammer built guitar for Johnny Cash in the 1960's, and standing with the lady who now owns it; Sharon Graves. The guitar was sold to her at auction for $131,000. This photo was taken at the Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame Tribute to Johnny Cash 2005. Bill played this guitar during his performance in the tribute show. |
